This first entry pertains to the dragons of the arcane and eternal. Please confer with the remaining entries for insight into the lesser lineages.

These are the scriptures of the Arcanis Draconium, the ancient lore of the dragon kind. In the elden tongue originating as the Drae’ Goh’nae, translated into old Arcadic as world shape or shaper of worlds, which in the common tongue translates as dragon.
They are the unfathomable ones, appearing both as a void and as matter, envoking a power to define time from space, substance and light from hollow darkness, initiating all shape and form, setting the one apart from the other. They are the essence of outer reaches, of indistinquisable nature, of reality itself. They are the infinite ones. The cosmos. At their core is all and nothing at once. They are the harbingers of all existence, the cradle of the Gods. They are unrestrained by the constituents of the physical world and inspire no sound, speaking the mute language. Silence is their song.
From the days of old Arcania, addressed in the chanting tongues of the priests and exhaulted elders, the arcane and eternal have ever been deemed the highest and most mythical of the dragons. They are revered by the religious factions of the world’s races particularly, because onto them is bestowed blindness of faith, providing them a spiritual shelter from that despair which would otherwise envelop any being, having been confronted with what simultaneously is and is not, with the nothingness of the cold dark, with the lonelines of the void. If you would seek more knowledge of the matter, look to the spirits, the high priests, the shamans, the spiritual leaders and the wizards. Mind you, many of these will think themselves learned, yet most will teach only dreams.
The lesser lineages of the Drae’ Goh’nae are worshipped as well by the creatures of the worlds, yet all lineages of the Drae' Goh'nae regard the arcane and eternal with wonderous awe.
