This entry pertains to the dragons of the deep, of the liquidous plane, the engulfing and ever swaying masses, the crashing and rolling of the tides.
They are the deep ones. They are the oceans, the massive expanse below the glistening surface, the powerful pressure of dense dark, commanding both destruction and deliverance from within their bowels.
From the days of old Arcania, the ocean has ever been the forgotten realm, a place of juxtaposed abundance and hunger, a plentiful bounty, yet apt to devour both ship and sail, beast and man, mind and soul.
Only to the sea fairies, the web skinned, the merfolk, the behemoths and the krakens was it given to roam its depths unchecked, thus allowing for their dutiful servitude to the deep fathoms.
